This strip is a double strip, and it can also be understood, if the lower strip is missing, it adds an extra pun^^
Translation:
Cutter: "Jeebus Kribes, Skywise, get your ass going a little faster (and put it on that wolf). It is the ideal time for a hunt. What is taking you so long!!?"
