You can't really call this a great lay-out. The reason for having that in the gallery is its unplanned good effect,
since it looks equally good/bad in both Firefox 1.0 and IE 6.0.
The uncustomised scrollbar and the lacking transparency doesn't wreck the whole layout.
After this layout I started to actively deal with the interpretation differences of major browsers, until I dropped that again,
and just customised the scroll bar for IE whilst making everything else looking good in Firefox :)
