Actually, there are two Legolii in T.O.W.
The #96346 was a character in a so-called "Harem game", which essentially was a creative writing project. Harem games started out with the rise of the pop boy band New Kids on the Block and the advent of America Online bulletin boards, where fans wrote stories on, how they got a perfect clone of one of the band members inserted into their daily life. The idea is to write fiction on, how this band member is delivered and how he does in the author's real life with school, work, etc.
There was a Legolas Harem, which I was a member of. This is, where the #96346 came from. My story became rather darkish, and the Clone sort of diffused into T.O.W., which he is an ingrained part of now as the vampire Lars Falkenberg. There is an entire novel on Lars/Legolas and general in-charactery [here].
The other is a more classical Clone, who currently resides in Sweden. There was some drama, where that Legolas, together with the werewolf La Toya, broke into the #96346's home, and killed his cats out of spite, and there was much upheaval in the characters' online blogs thereafter.
